Another WTF find. I think this is over five years old but there's still a little fig taste. The Bumbu XO is good, and I normally don't do rum.

Flat.. unusually flat compared to Lambic style I've had before. Strong fig aftertaste.

Ok og med mild eftersmag af figen. Er efter min smag lidt som en mellemvej mellem øl og hvidvin. Det kan godt noget, men er ikke meget imponerende

Well. I applaud the attempt, but I don't like the result. The dry lambic doesn't suit the figs, and it's got a not too pleasant bitternes and touch of vinegar.

Super light and delicious. Balanced tartness with light sweetness feom the figs. Love the light golden and cloudy color of this beer.

Never had a fig beer! A but light in the sour, because I like very sour, but I like it!

Duft af solid eddikepræget sour der river lidt i næsen, smag af samme, mere afdæmpet eftersmag af samme plus præg af fadlagring. Kan ikke smage sødme fra figen, og dén mangler absolut til (blot delvis) at afbalancere sour. Men spændende idé.

A bit boring, with average amounts sweetness and tartness - works well if you're in for an entry-level spontaneous fermented beer.
