It's nice. Braggot isn't exactly my favorite but I enjoyed this. The alcohol is very present though, no-one would call this refined.

Very appealing! Balancing dank, sour, fruit and malts perfectly. Not too sharp, even accessible (for Cantillon).

I am not a lambic connoisseur, nor a Cantillon fanboy, by any stretch of imagination. But good boy this 2014 bottle standing in my cellar since, well, 2014, has aged to absolute perfection. A light sharp end but the depth and leather and farm... Wow.

Slightly earlier than planned, it's my 10k beer! 🎉 About 13 years in the making and still loving the hobby, especially the sharing with friends. Next week we'll do a full celebration at Borefts, where the hobby really kicked off, but for now a shared...

Better than the other Ampersand brews, in my book. More dynamic and more farmy. Citrus but actually less sweet. Great.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut Kok
Mikkeller Christmas Box 14. Brut 2020 version, Chardonnay ba, but I believe it's the same 'Nelson Sauvin' as ever. A uniquely dry beer, like a methode traditionele with refined hops. Lots like that memorable Brooklyn beer. Bit rice ale like. Still awesome

Mikkeller Christmas Box 12. What a fantastic stout. Mikkeller is just really good at these 'base' beers. It's creamy, coffee, toast. Yum.

Mikkeller Christmas Box 11. Had this before and found it superb (given this very sour lambic style isn't my favourite). Still really enjoy the density and concentrated taste, even though the acidic is very pungent. Not an accessible beer!

Mikkeller Christmas Box 6. Had this in their beer club box before a but it's an excellent beer so I don't mind. The density of cherry is mind blowing and sourness is so smooth. Easily 4,5 stars for me.

Fantastic looking beer. Awesome malts underlying the modern hops. But it's the classic bitterness that I love. Yeah!

With the program stopping, this might be my last Mikkeller Beer Mail beer ever. Sad! At least it's a stunner. Fantastic aging, which is present yet richly accentuates the base beer. The huge alcohol is o so satisfying and worth every sip. A proper ending.

Very well produced, fresh pale ale. It combines pale ale malts with fragrant yet light hops over a spot on texture. It tastes very well lagered. Lovely beer!

Clean, simple, not unpleasant or metallic but very little for a beer nerd to enjoy. Drinks very well and solid production,but a lager like this only rises above mediocrity if aging is out of the ordinary, and it's not.

The aromas of grapefruit and pineapple and classic for an American ipa,yet everything in this beer is modern, from the clean tasting yet full bodied fermentation to the amount of fruity hop expressed in the flavour. Fantastic brew.

Super murky almost grey body. Fresh hops, dank malts, and my favourite hop, make this a fantastic beer. Very satisfying.
