N: coffee/candy mixture of very light coffee (milk chocolate, gentle spices, floral), fresh raspberry and mikkellensis yeast acidity (very unripe green grapes). M: smooth coldbrew, tart fruit, big mouthfeel. Bold recipe, I love it!

N: bourbon-boozy, cinnamon, smooth cocoa, chocolaty coffee as well. M: Same, body is medium/light, not too sweet. Lacks barrel, body and depth - but (again) very tasty!

N: crushed apples, old peach, decomposing oak, gentle funk, earthy. M: barely tart, very juicy, delicate woody earthy spices.

Some Citra in the beginning, later sweeter, more marmelad-y, lots of Cashmere elegant intense weed. Mosaic giving some blackberry jello vibes. Body is quite big and soft juice. Hop bill could use some fine tuning, Cashmere is great tho. (4.1)

Nelson Sauvin Brut 2020 Sänger
N: lots of Chardonnay (or is there some Nelson grapes too?), oaky sweet vanilla & spice, gentle booze, tartness is in the background. M: sweet grapes, musty, much gentle bitterness, not that dry. Completely underrated imo, so +0,25.

N: overripe mealy apple, compost, mushrooms, decomposing wood (wet forest earth). Tart, not sour, great balance, incredibly complex, only hints of horseblanket. Amazing.

Delicious 3rd wave coffee-beer! Smell and taste of a good cold brew with alot of rich dark chocolate and some fresh lemony notes. All clean, nothing „roasty“. Really appreciate the coffee quality, presented on a well chosen light brown ale backdrop. 🎯
