Totally traditional spontaneously fermented sour. Lacks some flashiness of the sour beers back home, but it’s perfectly executed and drinkable. It would make a great first sour beer to try.

It looks like a cherry or raspberry beer, but the sweetness is much subtle and dryness lingers. Vinegar sourness, with an unexpected almost-blueberry flavor. Nothing I’ve had tastes quite like it.

This one was kinda flat and dead. I think it waited too long. Lots of sediment in the bottle.
