Haven't cracked open this year's version for 2.5 years. Still aging fantastic. Still getting the coffee/chocolate slightly sweet properties with light bourbon. It's not too hot. Rich mouthfeel and slightly sticky.

Cracked open a cellared one for a treat. Still not too hot after 7 years. Still getting some original properties like chocolate and coffee along with the bourbon.

Bottled almost 6 years ago. Still tasting nice. Hotter because of the alcohol being more pronounced.

Bottled 5.25 years ago. Getting heavy Carmel. It's tasting like a Barley wine. Very nice too bad about the high ABV but it does hide it well still

Haven't cracked open this year's version for 3 years. Wow it's been aging fantastic. Still getting the coffee/chocolate properties with light bourbon. It's not too hot yet so the alcohol isn't overpowering things yet. Rich mouthfeel and slightly sticky.
