They should call this “clash”, as that’s what these hops do. Very nelson forward, but then galaxy dry and grassy at the end. And that asshole strata pouring white wine on everything throughout. Not unpleasant, just hard to drink.

Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake M.

Proper maple, strong bitterness - almost cocoa esque. Thick, with a beautiful nose.

Great Gig In The Sky M.

Well balanced and rounded. Unremarkable for a 8%+ beer however.
