Citrus Squall

Take a Paloma cutwater and cut it with a golden lager and this is it. Weird. Def hidden abv. Grapefruit nose but refreshing taste that’s not bitter or fruity in a bad way.

Nordic Spring

Snowbound Vanilla Porter

Take their porter and add damn good vanilla.

Oktoberfest 2022

Had but tagging bc annoying year beer tags.

4 Giants Hazy IPA

Tall Boy and super smooth for founders. Can’t beat a it for $3

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa

Only variant left to try and it’s less pronounced than I thought but still good. Mackinac fudge wins but this is good too.

Imperial Stout

Somehow never tried their straight imperial. No barrel or adjuncts, straight stout. Damn good. Roasty in a roast way.

KBS Hazelnut

I hate hazelnut but love KBS. tad bitter than I like but hazelnut fans are gonna love it. Rated accurate for what it’s going for.

KBS Espresso

Tagging the base bc I had 2020 and wanted it covered. My least favorite variant.

Where the Wild Hops Are

Very good IPA! DH slips in every now and then with a really good one

Oktoberfest

Somehow never checked in Founders fest offering. Just like Bells, they do it right.

Panther Cub (2021)

Heavy barrel taste without the heat. Founders is considered one of the best out there in stouts so had to try their porter. Not super sweet which I appreciate and oak-y at times.

All Day Vacay

Band camp beer. Enjoy All Day ipa so hoped this would be light and easy too. It is. Better front than backend though.

Moon Rambler IPA

More malt than I thought it would be, with Azacca being most prominent. Milk sugar with another hop blend might have been a bit smoother. Founders is still the best at mass produced stouts so I’ll try their other stuff.

Sun-Day-Feels

Mimosa like-but more malty. It’s meh for me, one and done on a Sunday.

Big Lushious

Really really raspberry heavy for a stout. Founders made it solid though. A classic for them I haven’t had.

120 Minute IPA

Repeat. Been a minute and wasn’t ready for it...this beer stands alone alongside the cheese

Campfire Amplifier

Shiner s’mores is the example. Good but not the best. Worth trying.

Marvelroast

This is absolutely delicious on a cold day. The vanilla adds so much to the coffee blonde. And Imperial? Pretty special.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut

Wine and Brut boozy, I can see where some like it
