Blond color, white foam. Aroma of pale malt, wheat and hops. Taste has notes of wheat again alonsgide hints of citrus, it has a medium bitterness and is slightly dry. Banana, cloves are really low. One prefers the german style but it remains refreshing !

Mine Is Bigger Than Yours Adrien & Audric
Amber color, beige foamy head. Aroma of caramel, malt, vanilla. Taste is sweet with toffee, vanilla, dried fruits, balanced by a medium booziness and a light bitterness in the back. Finish is long, rich, boozy, smooth. Beautiful Barley Wine !

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2016) 11.9% Adrien & Audric
Tasted in June 2022. Dark color, brownish head. Aroma of coffee, vanilla and bourbon. Taste is still good, it's carbonated, it has coffee, chocolate, barrel has clearly faded and it's slightly vinous but it's ok. Finish is a bit boozy. Nice vintage !

Dark color, delicate brownish head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, dark chocolate. Taste is well balanced, not too sweet, slightly full bodied with notes of coffee & roasted malt again, also a bit caramelly with an elegant finish ! Miss the old labels !

Through the Eyes of Mortals Adrien & Audric
Golden blond color, fine head. Aroma is sour and with passion fruits, peach alongside hints of barrel. Taste is well balanced, it's sour, tart, tangy but also sweet and fruity with peach again and it leads to a full, woody and dry finish. Super nice !

Dark color, fine creamy brownish head. Lovely aroma of coffee, vanilla, toffee, barrel. Taste is well balanced, it's not to sweet, it has lovely notes of chocolate, vanilla, barrel alongside coffee and alcohol. Finish is full. Mouthfeel is great. Nice !

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Adrien & Audric
Dark color, bright brown head. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, barrel and maple. Taste is excellent and perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too thick, creamy with notes of chocolate, coffee and that maple finish that makes the difference with KBS. Great !

Amber color, huge white foam. Aroma of malt, caramel. Taste is sweet, caramelly & malty again, it's creamy but one likes it crispier with a higher carbonatation, don't know if it's the can. It's easy going, 33cl is really not enough 🤣 Anyway, nice beer !

Clear golden orange color, bright white foam. Aroma of hops, citrus & some fruits. Taste is super light, clean & refreshing with a slight sweetness alongside hints of citrus, hops and tropical fruits. Finish is bitter, citrusy. Definitely a nice session !

Kriek 100% Lambic Bio (2020) Adrien & Audric
Ruby color, fine pink head. Aroma of cherry, red wine and hints of barrel. Taste is nice but not great, it's sour and tart but cherry and oak are a bit hidden, mouthfeel is not great either. Aftertaste is sour, a bit flat imho. To try again !
