Boozy and sweet. Artificial flavours. Not enough roast.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2022) Lind
One year after re-check. Thin, fizzay when cold, only BA. Then smoother, dry chocolate. But still thin feel.

Crisp, tuttifruity notes on the citrus hoppyness. Herbal dank ripe stonefruity bitterness, bit surprising for the style.

Crisp and clean, some malty or strawy paper tones in aftertaste.

Spontandryhop Idaho 7 & Lemondrop Lind
Little sour, nice mellow feel, herbal aromatic lemon flavour.
Malty, strong and heavily bourbon barreld. Sweet notes of toffee and honey initially, but not sweet or sticky really. More woody actually. Not super well balances. Ageing potential?

Hazy and smooth. Sour but balanced. Easy drink but tart good stuff.

Been a while since, needed to compare with just had Apex. This classic winz. Richer, more sprucy, more complex, more dank and hopburny bitter.

For a bulk sour, it is very nice. Sour, tart and fruity. Refreshing after a triple. Maybe a bit chemical in aftertaste, or more likely it is really heavy stone fruit bitterness, so quite good actually.

SpontanTripleRaspberry (2018) Lind
Really dense fruity, lovely thick rasberry punch. Bit sour but not really tart. Like a basic belgian fruit beer. (Note: I got the last of the keg, not a full glass.)

Somewhat hazy but with loads of pines. Modest fruits, abv shows.

Cold and smooth. Tropical and stone fruits. Not bitterness, more Juicy Fruit. After a stout and a kellerbier, this does not add much, but it is good.

Very potent high octane stout, roasted. Medium body, quite elegant, rather dry. Clearly BA flavoured, but not boozy. Licorice dominates.

Quite thick, and smooth. Even looses carb when looked at. Starts out good, loads of fruits, lil bit lactose sweetness. But then gets less and less. No collapse but just less body. 4 months since canning, 2 to go before BBF, too old probably.

Smooth and sweetish. Lovely fruits. No bitterness, harshess or any thing. Rather thin, and smooooth. Long lovely fruity aftertaste though, raises it a quarter.

Smooth brown ale. Hazel nuts, with machiato feeling. Not too sweet. Really nice

Very special. A legend, an education. Very piney bitter, as expected. Is it good, I dunno. Is it bad, no. It delivers the expected abundance of piney bitterness. A long lingering aftertaste of toffee/choco bitter pineyness. An experience not to be missed

Low carb, soft. Not very hazy, quite clean. Medium thick, rick tropical fruits towards lemon, mellow rather than fresh n juicy. Not much bitterness but still a good base for the fruits. A fruity non bitter wc dipa than a neipa. Starts nice, muted at end.

Beer Geek Vanilla Shake Barrel Aged Bourbon Lind
Coffee, choclolate, barrel aging AND vanilla. Vanilla dominates at first. Thick choco stout feel. Sweetish for sure, but not pastry sweet. Brownie cakish feel.
