37cl. This bottle was mellow, slightly woody, and not super complex. Grapefruit has faded somewhat, but a still has a faint aceto-note. Drink now.

Perfect carbonation and head. Green apples, cucumber, green apples, lactic, mouthwatering, fairly dry. Lovely! Still quite fresh (further cellaring potential)
