My Christmas Stout this year. Good stuff. Vanilla a bit of bourbon with coffee and finishing with a nice dark roast

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Hamilton

Aroma more subdued than regular KBS more chocolate forward. Flavor is delicious fudgey goodness. Full bodied, smooth, with lingering sweetness.

All Day Chill Day Hamilton

Light hoppy pine resin citrus light fruity finish. Happy 4th.

Sweet Repute Hamilton

Oak barrel softened alcohol sweetness. Subtle caramel notes. Nice beer but it's a lot.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Hamilton

Sweet malty flavor not distinctly maple. Roast coffee and chocolate with bitterness on the finish.

Ultimate Oktoberfest Hamilton

Backlog - I was saving a bottle to drink tonight but cannot find it. I did have some earlier which was pretty nice. Not at all traditional but quite good.

Belgian Twist Hamilton

Aroma is fruity and a bit boozy. Phenolic spice with sweet malt backbone.

Blushing Padre Hamilton

Very nice. Raspberry with sightly tart tequila note. Strong but smooth.

KBS Hazelnut Hamilton

Chocolate frangelico coffee. Rich roasted flavor.

Where the Wild Hops Are Hamilton

Fruity, green, herbal finish.

Porter Hamilton

From Friday Beer Class Chocolate, Roast, Smooth. Very nice.

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021) Hamilton

Big Boozy. Caramel. Roast. Chocolate. Subtle fruity sweetness.

Scarlet Dawn IPA Hamilton

Tastes old, but can isn't that old. Guessing there is a lot of caramel malt leading to a harsher bitterness. It's ok, but wouldn't buy again

Oktoberfest Hamilton

Ok, high rating for being a sold example of a Marzen. Beautiful amber color, malty with caramel notes, clean lager finish. Nice light hop aroma.

KBS Hamilton

Delayed Dad Day beer. Also distracting me from our power outage. Going on 18 hours now.

Thanks Andrew! It's big with an assertive hop presence. Caramel malt and age hide some of the hop flavor.

Aroma of cold brew coffee and cream. The roast coffee flavor is assertive and pleasant. Almost like a pale stout. Very nice.
