What a delightful wild ale! The port flavor is tremendous and almost mellows out the tartness of this homage to the oud bruin style. I especially love the spice that comes out on the backend.

Nitro Rübæus Young

Perfectly sweet and filling. I could only have two, but I also couldn’t imagine a day when I wouldn’t want two. Tremendous fruited beer.

Solera No. 1 Young

The depth provided by the wine barrel-aging is incredibly unique. Rich and tart without compromising balance, this old-school sour is an incredible milestone in barrel-aged sours. Funkier than most. If you can find it, definitely try it!

Asteroid City Young

A great lager that is so stripped bare that the dominant flavors remaining are an indication of this brews perfection. A little too simple for my tastes, but it reminds me a lot of beer’s I’ve had in New Mexico. Also, the movie was hilarious.

Catchy Chorus Young

Delicious and full-bodied with a perfect balance.

Nordic Spring Young

This is my favorite deviation of the hazy style, imparting unique Northern European flavor with their authentic yeast choice and hopped to the brim. After trying so many beers true to their style, this variation is a welcomed experiment that I hope stays.

Festina Pêche Young

This is a beautiful and unique sour with a ton of flavor and light wheat character. It’s easy to throw back and would be perfect in a frozen mug

Yesterday's Future Past Young

I had the pleasure of trying the cask version of this and it was amazing. The unparalleled balance achieved here is reminiscent of a great English mild ale while the hop flavor shows off DFH’s understanding of hop combinations. My new favorite WC IPA!
