Much smoother today. Alcohol is not so pronounced. Maple is subtle but the coffee elements and chocolate are not evident.

Nice, but there is an aftertaste that is off putting. The nose is fudge. Some chocolate and coffee on the tongue.

Has a very grainy first taste. Nice foamy head, amber color. Really bitter.

Struggle with the lack of sweetness. Coffee is nice. Color is as expected. Seems a bit thin.
