90 Minute Imperial IPA Birrer

Big boy can. It's been awhile with this. Big hop & malt forward. Sweet malt notes. Solid balance of citrus, bitterness here. Full, thick to a nice finish. It doesn't drink it's ABV.

60 Minute IPA Birrer

Been awhile since had on draft. Certainly not the 90 but workin.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Birrer

Literally found on its side in my closet. Drinking at 51 degree ( I couldn't wait). Huge notes as expected.. lovely finish.

Backwoods Bastard (2018) Birrer

Held up markedly better than the 2016. Nose not as dense. Bit of a different profile here from the 2016.

Backwoods Bastard (2016) Birrer

Found in the catacombs here. Huge molasses, muted bourbon nose. Happy the pour mustered up a head. Complex start w booziness morphs a bit to a bitterish yet sweetish malt finish (can I say that?) It held up better than I feared.

So different from the 11% Weyerbacher 20th... boozy, heavy noted. It held up well but forgot how much of a heavy hitter this is.
