Gotta admit, I came in unscheduled on this and wasn't ready for the uncarbonated aspect. Didn't love it, but it was still a cantillon beer. Definitely want to give it another go now that I get it.

Magic Lambic (2022) L.

A great fruit lambic, cantillon does it again!

Sang Bleu (2022) L.

Honestly don't have strong memories of this one but I definitely liked it.

Saint Lamvinus L.

Definitely got all of the wine notes you're supposed to, would order it again in a heartbeat, but probably not over most other cantillon offerings if I had to choose.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles L.

The pepper was a very interesting addition and done in just the right proportion, couldn't have asked for more.
