Green grass and flowers on the nose, soft peppery finish. Really really good.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Thomas

Flabbergasted. Freshly ground black pepper on the nose, with wonderful citrus mid palate and just a hint of spicy pepper on the lingering finish. Amazing.

Zwanze 2021 - Parasol Thomas

Amazing citrus, with perfect blend of sweet/sour/bitter.

Lambic D’Haute Densité Thomas

Blown away. Sweet start with a sherry/Madeira raisiny middle and lovely dry finish that lingers. Not much carbonation which is not a criticism. This is fantastic.
