Yule Mælk Bourbon Barrel Aged (2019)

D@MN, that’s good... the first sip really blew my mind, I didn’t know what to expect. It’s rich and decadent dark chocolate & cocoa, very full bodied w/ a toasty barrel-aged finish.

Barrel Runner (2018)

Yeah, this is an ale and the barrel ageing didn’t change that. It’s boozy and full-bodied, not sure if this started to go bad in the basement... nice label, tho.

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022)

NOPE. It’s like drinking thin maple syrup, there’s no strong ale backbone to this at all!

Breakfast Stout

Solid, classic American stout. Glad to be back in Princeton after so many years, and for the beautiful holiday decorations!

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019)

Very rich barrel aged stout, faint nose but it looks & tastes great. I like the mild cocoa offset with a hint of maple sweetness on the finish... glad to have this, I had no idea it was discontinued!
