Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA A

Good grief. Intensely flavorful, boozy, rich and dessert like. Lots of barrel complexities swirl - oak, vanilla, tannins, rum raisin, brown sugar. Dense. Tough to drink much of - but this is quite tasty. Proceed with caution, but try if you can.

90 Minute Imperial IPA A

The beer that got me into craft beer way back when. This might be dated now, but is still quite good. Lots of caramel malt pushes back against sticky pine and orange citrus. Super smooth, moderately sweet, always a fine choice. Very pleased right now.

Iris (2005) A

Good grief. Avoids a perfect score due to slight - minor! Oxidization. This was not stored well, opens with a slight pop. Delicate and compact carbonation, lemon zest, peach, aged hops, brett funk, dry, dry. Completely delightful. Open now.

Nelson Sauvignon / Sauvin Brut A

Getting Orval vibes from this which is good. Complex, dry, aromatic, leafy-hoppy. Excellent. Alcohol is well hidden.
