Good grief. Avoids a perfect score due to slight - minor! Oxidization. This was not stored well, opens with a slight pop. Delicate and compact carbonation, lemon zest, peach, aged hops, brett funk, dry, dry. Completely delightful. Open now.

Dunno if this could ever be a 5 for me but this is so great. Balanced acidity, aged hop profile which brings in some spice and more peppery notes, old aged meyer lemon cantillon funk, could actually drink this whole thing.
