Blåbær Lambik (Blueberry Lambic) Janku
2021 vintage - not as fruitforward as hoped. Nice lambic, but not much more. Might havde served it a bit too cold.. Will try again.

Lambic Vin Jaune / La Vie es Belge Janku
Hands down the best beer i´ve ever had. The complexity and depth of this beer is second to none. Its the perfect marriage between beer and wine barrel aging.. Love it.

2021 vintage - very crushable. Light and extremely refreshing! Loads of red fruits like redcurrant on the nose and in the taste aswell. So good!

Tyrnilambic Baie d'Argousier Janku
2022 vintage - Oddly low amount of sourness. Slight bitterness, and some harsh notes - kind of like lick a pencil.. Not impressed, which is unfortunate.

2022 vintage - So amazing. second best beer i've had in my life! I really like the complex grape character and the oxidation matches the lambic perfectly.

Very light and drinkable. Good nuances of white flowers and pale stone fruits.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio Janku
2017 vintage - Still, has notes of green apple and loads of funk. Sourness, and not in a good way for me. A bit dissapointed, as the lack of carbonation makes it a tad to harsh on my palet.

2014 vintage - Unbalanced, unfortunatly way to sour with slight touches of vinegar. the only elements of elderflower i get is bitterness from stems. Not pleasent, but looking forward to tasting a fresh version.

2921 vintage - Like RdG on steroids. So heavy on the Raspberry, with hints of spicyness from the vanilla. Almost like a Noyaux. The couple of years in the bottle has done it good, sinse the 2022 is way to intense to be enjoyable.

2022 vintage - Very very nice. The Cognac and Masala Barrel is VERY present. No hints of funk, but really enjoyable.

Weird, but in a good way. First sip was like drinking a watered down version of toilet cleaner. So intense orangey notes with added sourness. Mellowed out in the glass, and ended up almost enjoyable.

So darn good. The rhubarb is coming through so nicely. Really enjoyable abeit a bit onesided. But as a beer for early summer it is hard to find something better.

Just plain Weird - Way heavy on the alcohol, and so intense.. The Imp stout of lambics.. Needs at least 5 more years to mellow down.

2020 vintage - Sour, refreshing, loads of stone fruit. Reminds me of peach gummies. a touch of vinegar, but in a good way. My favorite session beer of all time.

2022 vintage - Fruitforward AF. Really heavy on the red berry notes. Seems so fresh, and yet has depth from the combination of grapes added. Very very nice
