Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2019)

Grapefruit, lemon, green apple, white grape, apricot, zest, hay, funk and musty oak with a slight acidic finish. Medium bodied with good complexity. Lovely balance between the fruit, barnyard and light acid. Excellent gueuze as always

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2020)

Apricot, red apple, lemon, gooseberry, red grape, balsamic vinegar, musty funk, leather and oak with a dry vinous slight acidic finish. Great complexity with a medium body. Lovely balance between the funk and the fruit. Excellent unblended lambic

Rosé de Gambrinus (2020)

Raspberry, strawberry, cherry, lemon, almond, hay and funk with a dry fruity slight acidic finish. Medium bodied with a lovely fruit presence. Great balance between the jammy fruit, funk and light acid. Always a gorgeous treat

Oude Schaarbeekse Kriek (2019)

Cherry, raspberry, almond, cinnamon, hay, funk, jam and oak with a dry jammy finish. Good depth of fruit with a medium body. Great balance between the fruit, slight funk and light sweetness. Very drinkable lambic that went down way too easily

Vigneronne (2017)

White grape, apricot, lemon, gooseberry, funk, hay, leather and oak with a dry slight acidic finish. Medium body with a great balance between the vinous notes and the mustiness. Superb depth to all flavours involved. Sublime

Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake

Chocolate, coffee, maple, vanilla and roast malt with a sweet roasty finish. The maple comes through very nicely and it has a great balance between the roast and sweetness. Always love the beer geek series

Red grapes, red berries, lemon, funk and oak with a dry tart vinous finish. Funk is subtle but well integrated with the great balance of fruit, tannins and musty oak. Refeshing and sublime overall

Oude Geuze White Vermouth Foeders

Citrus, green apple, sherbet, funk, earth, vermouth and oak with a dry vermouth finish. Great influence from the vermouth foeders and the overall balance is excellent
