Really impressive black paper and chill delivered. Should excel as a wine pairing.

Slightly flat, with acidity not as sharp as the previous two batches, yet still featuring the classic tartness and cherry cyanide aroma.

Elegant red wine-like body, transparent with a medium-high level of carbonation and fine bubbles. Rich cherry flavor. For me, not too much different from kriek, 40 quids is still acceptable.

Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) (2023)
Floral notes, but plain body, lacking congruence with the aroma. Acidity isn't sharp or enduring, missing the typical barnyard decay and earthy wild yeast notes like bottle one. Coarse, but with a hint of bitterness, resembling more saison.

Draft kriek this time is noticeably fuller and richer compared to the last batch, with a purer expression of cherry flavor. Previously seemed somewhat diluted in comparison to the bottled one, both in taste and color. Highly consistent with the bottled

Too much secondary fermentation in the tank, shouldn’t keep under room temperature still fine
