Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Marcum

This is tasting fantastic. Lightly sweet (tho the maple flavor has dropped off a bit) and nice chocolate and booze notes.

Green Zebra Pineapple Marcum

Slightly sweet and slightly tart. Nice pineapple flavor. Light and totally crushable. I think this series might be my new favorite grill-out beer.

Iris (2016) Marcum

Wow. This is tasting incredible. Perfect balance of fruity, floral, and sour. Super impressive, every time. These Cantillon beers are such an incredible investment. So thrilled to enjoy it with dear friends today.

Curmudgeon's Better Half Marcum

This is wonderful! Great balance of maple and molasses, but not too sweet! One of the better old ales I’ve had. Def recommend. This year is a great one!

Rosé de Gambrinus (2018) Marcum

So amazing. So clean. And the sourness has smoothies out a big. This is tasting so good right now. 🙌 Recommend with aged cheddar and fire pit. ❤️

Pretty decent, oxidized a bit. A little more bitter than usual. But still good.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge (2020) Marcum

Very coffee forward....a bit of chocolate and nuts, but not much maple honestly. A little disappointing for a KBS. Still very decent...because it is KBS. 😉

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017) Marcum

Slightly sharp and somewhat molasses and soy sauce. But mostly good and boozy with a little bitter finish. Good vanilla, btw.

Oude Geuze Boon à L'Ancienne - VAT 109 Mono Blend (2016) Marcum

A Saturday morning home with my babe calls for a special bubbly we brought back from Belgium. A wonderful balance of funk and sour. Medium bubbles and not bitter at all! Cheers and Happy Saturday! What are you sipping?

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2015) Marcum

Definitely aged a little too much. The boozy has fallen off and there’s an odd flavor that normally isn’t there. Still drinkable tho!
