Snowbound Vanilla Porter L

LC. Fairly robust. Mild roasted coffee. Vanilla punch is prevalent. Thick for style.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) L

LC. Revisit. Carb was tight but not rich. Mild bourbon fall off, 🍁 syrup 😋, coffee fade noted. Barrel is mild.

Oak-Aged Vanilla World Wide Stout (2017) L

LC. Brew Day. Dat damn Nik T. again. Heavy oak, bourbon, cherry, vanilla, barrel tannins. No ABV even listed. Take a bite of that beer spelt grain bread with a slather of local 🍯!

LC. Initial carb was thin and flabby. Body was ample. Taste on point. Maple and cinnamon. Bourbon was fine.

4 Giants Hazy IPA L

LC. Hmm...Not dated but sweet malts dominate. Nice hop backbone for sure but I'm not buying it. 4 Jobbers and a Descent Into Sweetness.

KBS Espresso (2019) L

Apparently let this sit too long. Espresso (mostly any coffee) notes and bourbon has faded into obscurity. Thankfully, no foul onion. This should've held up better. P/w Sloane-Fading Into Obscurity.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) L

LC. The flavor of cinnamon and vanilla is well represented. However, the bourbon is quite muted. The body and mouth feel is thin. P/w Dylan-Ballad Of The Thin Man.

KBS Maple Mackinac Fudge L

Boozy chocolate milk. Definitely a big 👦 beer. That said, most approachable. Hot cocoa, maple syrup, dark chocolate.
