Bottled 06/03/2014. Almost 10. It was definitely better than fresh which is whacky for an 8.5 abv with this much crap shoved in it. Very enjoyable and somehow makes me crave more Theobroma which I have none of anymore.

Boozy! Mind as well be sucking on an extra strength Halls, covered with rubbing alcohol, and served on a bed of 2 week soggy tobacco leaves. Ah, yea kinda pleasant. 🤪

“2012 B”. Not as clean as 2011. -Monster Malt and less honey…. But much more astringent/ boozy.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2014)
It’s at its end. Not sure it might get away with a few more years of it being a 4.25+. Coffee is still there but thinner - not as sweet or boozy.

A bit surprised. Enjoyed it quite a bit. Will have again in certain circumstances.

So Theo has been one of my brews of all time. Sure could I have waited another year to hit 10 years of aging on this bottle (born 4/29/2013) but wanted it tonight. It aged healthy, but a “Honey Tobacco bomb” No chillies, no cocoa… but expected I guess

Utopias Barrel - Aged World Wide Stout (2021)
Absolutely fantastic…. I am now on the hunt for Utopia aged Palo Santo. Amazing. (Thank you Rick Storicks!).

Sam, you were a hero to me - it’s been 19 years I think since I pledged my allegiance to you. But it’s been a bunch of shitty years lately. This is no different. Tastes like a home brew made with DME and old hops. Get back to ancient ales and kick ass!

Panther piss. Bottle label makes it sound delish but it’s weak on all accounts. Disappointed in global rating - guess it’s me.

9+ years aging does this stout so much good... any trace of “harshness” of this brew is gone. Yes, coffee is almost gone too but so nice! Last one I have.

Red Cap. Malty bomb. Boozy on the very end. Nice experiment but better fresh to 5 years old. 11 years+ pushed it.
