Ginger, Spice, Barreled And Nice Fetting
If this were a stout, I think this would be great. But this is a weirdly wonky, winey, woody waste of beer. Rare swing and a miss from Founders.

All Day West Coast (2023) Fetting
Having had a lot of west coast IPAs while on the west coast, I don't think I'd call this a West Coast IPA. But it's not bad.

Wowee wow. That's boozy. But fruity, some wicked caramel in the finish yet sort of dry. Smooth. A little 6oz snifter is for sure enough though.

Grapefruit is prominent, as is the salt. It's a smooth beer overall, but it does have some rougher edges.

Mandarin & Mango Crush Fetting
Very citrusy, also very tart. And it sneaks up on you. The mango doesn't do much either. Kinda disappointed in this one.

Loads of hoppy goodness without bitterness. Quite tropical, light body. Very smooth. I think I'm into cold IPAs. And a "chill day" is certainly in the plans the rest of the day. A nice 68 in southeast Texas, even have the windows open!

What a bad photo for such a good beer made better by nitro.

The syrupy texture and mango kills this. Like drinking cough syrup after licking a habanero.

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) Fetting
This iteration is more boozy than those in the past. But the cinnamon flavor is still fantastic.

Canadian Breakfast Stout 2022 Fetting
Not as sweet as previous years. Coffee flavors stand out more.

FINALLY. I've had the regular, but now the mostly available is nitro. And it's good!

First sip, I thought "they finally goofed one up." But it's better as it warms. Smooth, nice, lightly sweet hazelnut flavor. It still has that KBS woodiness and dry finish, with coffee and chocolate malts. Pretty good stuff!

I think the espresso flavor has been a little more magnified since this was first released. It's a more bitter and less syrupy beer than I remember. Still magnifique.

Aromatic with strong pumpkin flavor, and strong sweet-spice finish.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Fetting
Oh boy, what a tasty beer. Good cinnamon and vanilla flavors, smooth and strong. I dig it.

This is absurdly smooth, and roasty. The barrel aging also imparts some Woody flavors. Chocolate and vanilla isn't that present but bitter, roasted coffee is. Not bad.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Grapefruit Fetting
Tart, but not a prominent grapefruit taste. Which I'm okay with.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Strawberry Fetting
Everyone is on the seltzer trend, and this one is a good entry. The strawberry isn't too strong, but it is still a tad sweet. Lightly salty and crisp.

Orange and citrus dominate the flavor profile, without softening the bitterness. Juicy and aromatic, this is a pretty standard west coast IPA.

Más Agave Premium Hard Seltzer Lime Fetting
This has a nice limey flavor, and reminds me a lot of a margarita. Also a subtle saltiness.

This can't decide if it wants to be a hefty, juicy IPA packed with bitterness or a balanced, dry but mild IPA that goes for a crisp finish.

Underground Mountain Brown Fetting
For the seventh beer of Christmas I gave to myself, an aged brown ale with nice woody flavors, roasty coffee notes, and a smooth and rich finish.

It just sorta makes sense to have this be number 2000. Not just because I probably haven't had this beer since I started keeping track, what with all the variants they've been releasing, but also because it's delicious.

About time I had this one. Mellow, citrusy, smooth. Very clean hoppiness with little bitterness. Subtle peppery finish.

Still a fine beer with great woody flavors, a strong booziness, and a hoppy/bitter finish.

Sweet, tart, grapefruity. Personally not a fan but I wouldn't say it's a bad beer. Just too intense for me.

So apparently this is new? It's not bad. Goes down easy. Pleasantly grainy, with a bit of sweetness. Definitely better märzens out there but this is a solid entry.
