Seven years later, we finally did it! Delicious after fermenting across a variety of locations in Poughkeepsie. Very rich, boozy flavor - as Z points out, it’s so boozy you can barely taste the hops. Pretty incredible stoop beer.

Delicious! Celebrating first use of the falafel press. I believe a gift from Jessica/Paddy/Neil. Light, flavorful, refreshing. Would be great in the summer.

This is delicious. Lightly sweet, almost honey notes in addition to the hops. One of the better NA beers I’ve sampled. Would drink this regularly if I could get it regularly.

Tastes like Summer. Hoppy but not overly bitter. After a productive week spent writing. Very happy.

Mine Is Bigger Than Yours Beck
Like an overripe berry. Sweet and a bit jammy. Smooth drinking until it hits the back of your throat. Smells like it should be tart or fruity, but isn’t either of those things. Thanks Zach C. for bringing this up.

This one is our designated bad decision beer, and it is delicious. Sweet, raisiny, boozy, kinda Belgian.

Bought this to celebrate the coming season, and the conclusion of the first full week of Pandemic Fall semester. As tasty as I remember; reminds me of Ashley’s in Ann Arbor, for some reason. Oh & an article acceptance! Cheers Colin Q. ! 🍻
