Celebrating the end of 6 months of 4am starts and a pay rise. Fantastically crafted beer, wild farmhousey on the nose, but fruity and delicate on the tongue with a super complex, deep fruity aftertaste

Not much lambic character, but hard to not have a soft spot for this.

Fruity and tart. Cherries, cherries and more cherries. Sweet with some funkiness.
