Roses are red, and in bloom, this beer is very light, not for me. You thought I was going to rhyme, you thought wrong, cause I don’t have the time and this review is too long.

Super smooth and a citrus flavor. Almost like a citrus champagne. A little dry booze in the finish.

Not bad for an organic beer. Typical slight bitterness of a true German Pilsner.

Lightly hopped on the front. Grapefruit and mango hold the middle. Ends with grapefruit pith and a subtle creaminess that may be the oatmeal. I was hoping for a stronger creamy finish.

I like it even if Jamie and John think it is fruity like Rick. Lunch after the beach in October.
