Mostly dark roast coffee, but some cream, sugar & vanilla aroma. Huge coffee up front, but the milk chocolate, vanilla & bourbon is there. The 12% grows over time, but it’s not hot. The coffee vs KBS notes balance out the more I sip this.

On the lighter and maltier side. It’s fine, but tastes a little oxidized to me on a keg just tapped today. Thanks, Josh!

Delicious. The spice level was well balanced, as was the chocolate. Really good variant.

At 4 years still some bourbon & maple aroma, but a little acrid (oak, tobacco smoke). Same for the flavors, but great complexity still there. Now 50/50 between sweet/bourbon and acrid/bitter flavors.

Not that great, I expected more juicy hops even for a session, but this was kind of blah. Still worth a try. Thanks, Josh!
