Upfront Cantillon signature funkiness of Gueuze. Slightly fruity and grainy with a touch of lactic acid. Tastes of absolutely rounded tartness. Almost 12 years from the bottled date, I would say that this beer has aged perfectly and gracefully.

Aromas and tastes of ripe cherries, almond and cinnamon with great Cantillon funkiness. Very rounded tartness and mouthfeel.

Aromas of musty grape skin and sweet grape with the typical Cantillon funk. Additional notes and tastes of light leather, lemon zest, and a touch of oak. More vinous towards the end. 4.4

Nice floral notes and a light acid from the white wine grapes. Balanced taste of funkiness, tannins and acidity. A great grape Lambic. 4.35

Still very effervescent. Lots of raspberry, lemon, oak, and rose wine. A touch of cinnamon in the back. Finished with very long, dry and pleasant tartness.

Great Gewürztraminer grape aroma of rose, lychee and musk. Taste is the same with a touch of citrus and hint of funkiness on the finish. 4.4
