Sour as it should be. Delicate herbal aroma. Slightly bitter. Smooth even if a bit gassy.

Cantillon never misses. Sour cherry juice. Sweetness in the lead, dry finish. The construction is perfect.

Sweet and tropical. Thiccc. Boozy. Big finish to the evening.

Pretty okay. Hoppy with lots of citrusy fruit aromas. Weird leathery flavor sneaks in at the end. Not right for the style.

Hazy, bitter thing. Citrusy and floral aromatics in a dry body. Fantastic brew.

It said “with grapefruit.” It definitely is! Properly bitter, but well balanced. Very juicy. The flavors are quite bright. Cloudy hazed body. Nice!

All about the hops, which are pretty dank. Tropical fruit. Grassy with some herbal undertones. Sorta tangy, very bitter, despite how light it is.

Dry and sour. Massively funky. Sweet fruitiness.

Such a deep flavor profile. The underlay is all KBS. Rich cocoa and vanilla accents envelop the base. Bitter coffee is dancing in and out. The body is very thin on the palate.

Quite nutty. Hazelnuts and chocolate envelop a coffee infused roasty malt body. The barrel aged character, the bourbony oakiness, of standard KBS is subdued. Slightly boozy.

120 is pretty good. This is pretty amazing. Big thanks to Scott F. Sharing it with my pops. Tastes like no other Imperial IPA. More like barley wine. But that’s cool.

This deserves the perfect score. Wow!!! Impressive complexity with every note hit. Delish!

Barrel aging is big on the flavor profile. Coffee is subtle. Vanilla is prominent.

Hmmmm. Much more boozy, but missing the final touches. Vanilla is there but the others are overtaken by the barrel.

Oh my wonderful brew! The barrel is forward and perfect.

Bourbon, of course. Sweet maple, so smooth.

A lot of flavor. Fruity, maraschino cherries. Bourbony, barrel aged character.
