Bottled in december, shouldn't be too old for this type of beer. Nice piney floral stuff to start with, but there is a massive stale undertone. 3.3

Coffee dominates, all the other lovely bits aren't necessarily lost, but I fail to see the utility of these adjunct heavy iterations of a lovely beer that needs no changes. 4.0

Intense and smooooth, chocolate and coffee brought together by mellow bourbon barrel caramel. Not too sweet, dangerously drinkable. 4.3

Lovely aroma of stewed fruit and oaken whiskey caramel, taste adds brown sugar in to the mix. Tasty and strong sipper that disappears dangerously fast down the throat. 4.4

Dangerously drinkable stuff, but everything turns to sharp and bitter fruit skins; mango peels, apricot peels, orange peels and pith; fluffy and somewhat minty sweet finish. 3.9

Looks like hop milk; gooseberries & oat milk with something green and tropical, juicy and soft. Nice tingling bitter finish that cuts the sweetness, slightly chalky. Strata, Galaxy & Nelson Sauvin, not my favourite hop combination, but love the base. 3.9

Dried and dark fruit with a bit of toffee, quite prominent bitterness finishes everything. Barrel blends well. Background noise provided by Terveet Kädet - Ääretön joulu (infinite christmas). 4.1

Smooth hop sugar with citrus and stone fruit aspects, mellow pellety finish. 4.0

Bourbon vanilla caramel blast, coffee with bitter buttery chocolate finish. Lovely stuff (overpriced, though). 4.3
