Always love this one. Big woody oak notes, vanilla on the nose and on the taste. Cognac is there too, and it complements the funky tanginess well. 50N with a view of the Eiffel Tower under a rainbow?? Fuck, man.

Gueuze with a view. Purchased at the brewery today, crushed en Paris. I never don’t appreciate lambic but visiting a spot like Cantillon just reenergized that respect. ❤️
