6 year old beer for my 6 year olds birthday party. This has some coffee and light oak but kinda all blended together.

Reminds me a lot of Lexington's Bourbon Barrel Ale in its prime: light oak, vanilla, sweet but balanced with just enough malt

It's a Tuesday, why not? At warm temps, hints of oak, chocolate, and vanilla. Taste is much the same but very subdued from fresh. Still low alcohol heat in finish. No coffee. But bad but a shadow of what it was

Still has the rich malt and liquor heat but light tartness and phenols. Barrel still there but thinning out. Drink at almost room temp.

Cinnamon is just right. Vanilla a bit low and coffee and barrel non existent. Like a cinnamon brownie but not as complex as expected

Hazy orange, aroma of banana, wheat, light funk. Not that tart. Dusty, dry, subtle fruitiness

No idea if this is the same recipe as the Nemesis from bottle shares of yore, but my palate has changed. Somewhat like Sublimely Self Righteous, it's almost black, bitter and hoppy, but with plenty of malt to back it up.

Couldn't have opened without a wax cutter to dig into the cork. Hazy amber, funky/tart aroma, sweet yet sour finish with hints of smokiness. Would like it drier but nice flavor
