White grape at the back end of the nose. The nose knows this gonna be winey. My palate calls my nose a liar indicating it’s more of a fruit juice - soft & quenching. Odd for a lambic. Merlot grapes beg a less palate taxing experience. Tart 🍇 juice. 4.39

Musty spiral staircase leading to belgian castle dungeon scent. I am immersed in a middle ages fairytale where the dusty peasant finds the magic bottle. Mildew, moss and magic. Pomegranate palate, ruby jawn. Tastes like time, money and grapes. 7% 4.8 easy

A rich, yeasty, cave-aged primal snort awaits the spelunker. Initial quaff excites the rear flanks of the tongue instantly. The human anatomy responds in kind. This befits the cave-dwelling european. Garnet gemstone vibrancy. Musky aftertaste. 6% 4.25

Although I’ve never tasted a blue honeysuckle I now have a well formed vision of how it might taste. Deep purple fruits seep in. Acidic prune. Lightly coating my mouth w/ lambic film. Pings my palate in a pleasant way. Well framed vision. Ty Dave 4.26

Lots fruitier and sharper than the much more mellow 2019 variant.

Incredibly drinkable gueuze. Hard to improve upon this. Clean. Lightly tart and sour. Stone fruit and white grapes. Can’t crush these but can sip and appreciate. Upper esch. 4.17

Nice aromas with notes of tropical juice, but not over-the-top. Very drinkable.
