One of my white whales. Not as jammy as some of the batches are supposed to be. Still perfectly balanced. Tart, sour apricots with a mildly funky finish. Apricot jam flavor on the finish too. Great beer, but other vintages are probably better.

I had this in 2016 and thought there was a great amount of crispness. I was quite mistaken, this is more of a sick sour. I feel like if the lines were not contaminated before they have to be now. They’ll figure it out, they’re good at stuff here
