Father’s Day Brunch. Wasn’t first choice for breakfast, but they had a couple of tables left which is more than everywhere else and I can have a beer with it 😂

A dry hoppy beer. Nice to try a pale ale from this brewer. Not bad.

Now this is my kind of Westie. Big stone-fruit but also floral elderflower. The pithy bitterness is there but not as astringent as some.

Lovely blueberry fruit Lambic. Dry and sour with a great blueberry flavour. A proper Lambic done well.
