Bottled 2002. I think 21 years ageing will suffice and today seemed as good a time as any. Head took some pouring; hint of sourness remains. Big cherry notes still dominant. Great stuff.

Absolutely incredible beer. Bottled Oct 2014. Notes say you should drink within 10 years. Nine years on I reckon this could easily go on for another 5 or more years.

Oh dear, this wasn't great. Stored correctly on its side and carefully transferred to fridge 4 days ago, it was a mess of floaties. Dumped it after one glass. What a shame.
