75cl bottle from 2003. Beautiful head retention, great condition overall, just perfect.

Bottled 2002. I think 21 years ageing will suffice and today seemed as good a time as any. Head took some pouring; hint of sourness remains. Big cherry notes still dominant. Great stuff.

Absolutely incredible beer. Bottled Oct 2014. Notes say you should drink within 10 years. Nine years on I reckon this could easily go on for another 5 or more years.

Oh dear, this wasn't great. Stored correctly on its side and carefully transferred to fridge 4 days ago, it was a mess of floaties. Dumped it after one glass. What a shame.

Last bottle of the 2014 stash I bought at the brewery in 2015. They've been very good without being totally amazing. Interesting experiment.

Bottled Jan 2023. Three year old lambic - this the perfect demonstration of Cantillon's art.

The blend, for me, makes it more understated than the all-merlot versions of old. That said, it grew on me as I drank it and now need to try a larger pour.

This is amazing. Bottled Dec 2013. Rich and hugely astringent, an absolute masterpiece.
