A nice enough roasty coffee flavour but for some reason there’s a big acidic twang to it that is mildly offputting

Excellent drop Tom A. Nice barnyard funk on the nose but the flavour is more gentle and rounded. Coats the mouth and lingers with a refreshing lemony note, not all that sour just the right amount. Nice to have some unblended lambic. Cheers!
