LCI This is a 2022 check in. Absolutely incredible. Interstellar Mead Maneuvers from Hungary's Mad Scientist. Could probably count the amount of times I've had thier beers on one hand but each time I do it is top tier!!!

Freshly brewed espresso (double shot). High on the bitterness fairly light body for oatmeal stout but deep and satisfying. Grab a sweet treat to pair it with and you're on to a winner ๐

I'm really enjoying this - similar to Mallow laserquest in style but less pineapple. Described by Brewdog as pillowy csndy-floss - what's not to love? ๐ค๐คฃ๐คช๐บ

Juicy, fruity with a slightly dank sweetness as well as a fairly dry and almost bitter aftertaste. I like it.

Green melon flesh, ground spice & grass nose; taste is grapefruit oil, orange marmalade & peppery ground spice atop powdered-almond-like malts; then finely ground black pepper, grass, candied orange & grapefruit pith; stale oats & grapefruit rind finish.

Sour cherry compote generously drizzled over a slightly burnt chocolate chip cookie nose; taste is cherry compote with over-backed double chocolate chip cookies crumbled in; thereโs then some nice cherry skin/stone tannin bitterness & clotted cream fudge.

Dewey lemon/lime/yuzu (or something similar!) on the nose; taste is tart pithy citrus (lemon/lime/grapefruit) flesh, a lovely lactic acidity, slight chalk & aromatic lime zest; then soft brett, tart lactic acidity, a pinch of green herbs & sharp citrus.

Interesting-sort of pickled lemon, woody, lemon rind and grapefruit juice. Slight bitterness but also lip lickingly sour and dry. Citrussy but not quite! I like.

Posh ice cream wafers drizzled in caramel & dusted with crumbled hazelnuts on the nose; taste is rich, chewy, nutty malts, grassy/leafy hop bitterness & a handful of stewed sultanas; drying, bitter, herbal aftertaste; grass, spice & caramel treacle finish

Amazing bright almost glowing appearance. Slightly funky aroma but with a lightly fruity, bitter grapefruit, dry hoppy taste. Drinks a lot lighter than itโs ABV.
