For an 8-year-old beer, we were very pleased with this one. Full raspberry fruitiness, but neither too sweet nor tart. Strong but not boozy. Very enjoyable. Courtesy of my friend Ted's cellar.

Rich, sweet, lots of vanilla and toffee. Definitely like drinking fudge. The booze is hidden, watch out!

A wee bit of beer shared with my friend Ted, from Thursday evening. Beautifully rich coffee taste, with a hint of peat. I would LOVE to start my day with these instead of a bowl of oatmeal. 😁
