A complex boi. Some bergamot and black tea bitterness. Then this very smooth and wonder tartness. Kissed with a little bit of bretty sweaty socks. Well rounded.

The aroma is stronger than the flavour. Full on wet grass and barnyard. Then a pleasant and fruiter flavour.

Much more acidic and more apple. Less petulant somehow despite it being younger.
