smoooooth. really smooth. gentle tartness and cherry, lacks most of the funkiness you get from older lambics. I like it though

A host of different flavours, the initial sourness gives way to a saltiness that ends with a hint of toffee right at the finish. A beer to be savoured and enjoyed.
