ah, didn't realise it was gonna be sour! I think the acidity is nice, although otherwise the flavour profile is largely just sugar, honey, some vanilla. it's kinda cola. I think I hoped for richer at this abv, w deeper mead honey notes

quite evenly balanced, slight sweetness, mostly tart. good apricot, felt a bit orange at first. spritzy carbonation but not lots of it. thanks Matt!

preddy nice. not really very obvious chilli in the nose, but a nice warming, spicy, slightly smoky heat comes through in the body. makes it a nice slow sipper while not being overkill flavour-wise

tastes very sweet, white sugar-y and I guess coffeeish, so kinda reminiscent of tiramisu. however lacks a lot of thickness and creaminess. overall not bad. some interesting aroma I can't place, maybe just vanilla

bottled 2 Feb 2022. it's. nice. no extremization along any axis :p good mix of sour and funky with a lil bit of specific fruitiness: pineapple notes??

it's fine, I think I was expecting... more exciting. aka better. I did have it too cold so partially my fault, but still, quite a standard strong-ish stout with mild coffee flavours
