Top notch! Fantastic coffee nose. As roasty as it gets. Barrel ageing clearly apparent but dialled down to sing not shout! Muscovado sugars, expressso chocolate, sweet boozy finish.

This is a coffee cracker. Barrel ageing is not too ott, and the coffee is exquisite. Lovely stuff.

Christmas Beer #5 - Loads of roasty coffee on the nose. Great mouthfeel. Bitter coffee, dark roasted malts and chocolate are prominent in the mouth. The bourbon is there but really quite subtle. Sweet malty notes linger on the finish. Very nice 👌

Een parel. Een 11.5% Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Proost en mooi om samen met Thomas te drinken op z’n nieuwe woning in Brussel.
