Classic Simcoe display with both tropical and pine notes. Grapefruit, pineapple and tads of passion fruit. Sweetish almost small marmalade notes. Dry cut to the end.

Aroma: Surprisingly tropical. Quite bright citrusy and stone fruity aromas. Taste: Bright citrus. Some stone fruits and pine. I liked this version better than the amarillo.

Nice full body with citrusy flavours, yet dry with a good bitterness. Excellent. An easy 4.
