Lovely sour with some rich wine-like features and a nice buttery/vanilla feel from the barrels. Quite complex beer with notes of raspberry, strawberry, and brett/barnyard

Mild sour and strawberry aroma. Beautiful white head. The flavour is medium sour with a aftertaste of strawberries a bit after the strawberries in the aftertaste a oaky/woody element is present.
