フレンチプレスした珈琲と大量のホップ 変態的なインペリアルブラックIPA マットな紫掛かったクリアブラック ベージュもこもこ泡は立ち持ち共に豊か ロースティな珈琲とカカオ豆のアロマ マカダミアナッツ、バニラのニュアンス 口に含むとドライで酸っぱみを感じる 意外にも甘味は優しく 苦味はしっかりと モルト由来にホップ由来の相乗効果 いや、打ち消しあってる部分もあるかも そんなバランスを感じるビタネス ボディソルトを使ってるらしく フィニッシュまで続く塩味とミネラル感

V1.0 was a favourite within the black IPA genre years ago. And this keeps my memory alive. Roasted coffee, chocolate, subtle fruitiness with a slight salty and licorice touch. Close to a porter. Well hidden ABV with a noticeable bitterness in the finish.

Hoppy / bitter meets coffee / roasty with great balance, bit of sweetness / caramel, hint of alcohol in aroma in taste

Bitter and roasty BIPA with quality coffee. Damn tasty stuff but I liked the original one a bit more. 39/50

Ikke så fyldig, måske lidt tynd i det, men det afbalanceres af en kraftig lakrids smag til sidst. En lækkert Black IPA.
